Users of the Sites agree that any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or any content posted on one of the Sites will be governed by the laws of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay.

Arthaus does not warrant and hereby disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any of its sites, information obtained from a site, or a link to a site.
Arthaus does not guarantee that its sites will operate uninterruptedly, without errors, or that they are free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of information obtained from or through these sites is at the user’s own risk.

Use of photographs and videos in content
Arthaus uses photographs and videos in its website content to provide more information and offer users a better browsing experience.
Photographs purchased by Arthaus from image banks are for the exclusive use of Arthaus and, therefore, their copying, reproduction, or printing is prohibited unless the user has the rights granted by the corresponding image bank.
Photographs and videos taken by Arthaus employees or third parties at Arthaus’ request, which are published or embedded on the websites, are for the exclusive use of Arthaus and may not be copied, reproduced, or printed without written authorization from Arthaus.
The individuals appearing in these photographs and videos have authorized Arthaus to photograph and/or film them for dissemination, information, promotion, and/or communication purposes. All individuals appearing in photographs and/or videos on Arthaus’s websites understand that such material was published with their consent and without any intention to harm them in any way.
If a person appearing in a photograph and/or video wishes to no longer use such material on the Arthaus websites, they may do so via the contact form, specifying the specific material it appears on and on which page or section of the websites it is located. Once notification is received, such material will be removed from the Arthaus websites within a maximum of 10 business days and will no longer be used.
